What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• General Ledger Management: Ensure accurate calculation and proper documentation of estimates, accruals, reserves, and provisions in compliance with US GAAP. Review and complete account reconciliations in a timely manner.
• Month-End Close: Lead the month-end closing process, including financial statement reviews and variance analysis against budgeted performance.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Develop new financial reports in Exenta as required.
• Inventory Accounting: Maintain accurate costing of purchased inventory, ensuring all landed costs and overhead allocations are properly recorded. Oversee inventory records, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Audit & Tax Compliance: Support external audits and tax filings, including reviewing and approving sales & use tax submissions.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally on financial projects and have the opportunity to supervise local finance staff.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies through process automation and best practices.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with proven expertise as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a leadership role within a finance department.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and accounting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools.
