What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP.

• Manage general ledger accounting, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal tax regulations.

• Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts.

• Conduct variance analysis for monthly financial close.

• Monitor and enhance internal controls and accounting processes.

• Support the preparation of tax filings.

• Collaborate on projects assigned by the Controller.

• Generate ad hoc reports and perform analytical projects as needed.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years in accounting or finance, with a focus on GL accounting.

• CPA certification is required.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in GAAP (preferred) and tax regulations.

• Experience with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).

• Skilled in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Can start ASAP or within 15 to 20 days.
