What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Analyze financial data, budget variances, and key performance indicators to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to management, ensuring compliance with all Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Provide effective leadership to ensure complete accountability for financial and overall Accounting Department performance.

• Oversee cash management and chargebacks for the portfolio.

• Assist with month-end P&L reviews to ensure accountability, accuracy, and identify discrepancies in collaboration with the Corporate Team.

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable duties in alignment with accounting best practices and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial practices and regulations.

Who are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in the hotel industry

• Proficient in M3 Hospitality Accounting Software

• Above average communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience with accounting and hotel management software such as M3, Lightspeed Galaxy, Fosse, and ADP for payroll processing
