What is your mission?

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Lead or support month‑end and year‑end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reviews.
  • Ensure accuracy of accruals, deferrals, and GAAP‑compliant accounting entries.
  • Maintain, reconcile, and substantiate general ledger accounts with complete audit support.
  • Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies.
  • Execute budget‑to‑actual analysis and assist with input preparation for budgeting cycles.
  • Prepare management reports, executive dashboards, and financial summaries.
  • Perform variance analysis and translate financial drivers into actionable insights.
  • Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and asset‑related reporting.
  • Support external audits and tax filings through complete documentation and schedules.
  • Partner with operations, sales, and leadership to align financial data with business narratives.
  • Promote continuous improvement, consistency, and efficiency across accounting processes.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • 3+ years of staff accounting experience; Senior Accountant exposure preferred.
  • Experience in client‑facing or U.S.‑based accounting functions.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, accrual accounting, coding, processing, and reconciliations.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
  • Experience with P&L analysis and ability to explain revenue‑to‑net‑income flow.
  • Strong general ledger knowledge and ability to explain account activity.
  • Experience with budget‑to‑actual analysis and reporting for senior management.
  • Bank reconciliation and variance analysis experience.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, ASC842 tools, or ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage fixed assets, depreciation, and support audits.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
