We are looking for a Senior Accountant who manages full‑cycle accounting operations and ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. This role focuses on general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable oversight, billing cycles, reconciliations, financial reporting, and close support. You will drive data accuracy, support leadership reporting, and improve accounting processes across multiple entities.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing
  • Oversee client billing cycles, invoice generation, and collections follow‑up across multiple accounts
  • Perform bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations on a recurring basis
  • Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including accruals and adjusting journal entries
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency
  • Maintain organized financial records and audit‑ready documentation


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in progressive accounting roles
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
  • Hands‑on experience in general ledger management, reconciliations, and full‑cycle accounting processes
  • Proficiency in accounting systems, including Yardi, QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 for financial data management and reporting
  • Experience supporting billing cycles, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting workflows
  • Exposure to managed services, technology, or multi‑entity accounting environments, considered an advantage
  • Experience in property accounting or real estate environments, considered an advantage
  • Certified Public Accountant or CPA candidacy, considered an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential financial data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments and collaborate across teams
