We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, accounting operations, and the integrity of financial records. This role is responsible for month-end and year-end close, general ledger management, account reconciliations, financial reporting, audit support, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and process improvements.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage and execute month-end and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger and related accounting records.
  • Perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and supporting analyses.
  • Analyse financial results and provide variance explanations and insights.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities through financial analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with audit preparation, documentation, and external audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies and procedures.
  • Review accounting transactions for accuracy, completeness, and proper classification.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Operations teams to support accounting processes and reporting needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and internal control enhancements.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis, reporting requests, and special projects as required.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in financial reporting and general accounting functions.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies, consumer products, manufacturing, inventory, or distribution environments is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Proven experience managing month-end close processes and preparing financial statements.
  • Demonstrated experience performing balance sheet reconciliations, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and financial reporting and analysis.
  • Experience working with ERP and accounting systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost accounting is preferred.
  • CPA licence is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, reconciliation, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively across teams, and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience working in shared services, outsourcing, offshoring, or remote support environments is preferred.
