What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Manage all accounting, finance, and bookkeeping functions in QuickBooks for both the agency and e-commerce brands, including month-end and year-end accounting closeouts.
• Ensure financial accuracy and compliance by preparing and filing taxes and developing tax strategies for the business (must be a registered CPA).
• Handle all accounts payable processes for the marketing agency and brand portfolio, including communication with vendors, processing invoices, and payments to suppliers, creators, influencers, 3PL vendors, and others.
• Update and maintain weekly cash flow projections for both the agency and brand holdings, tracking actual and projected expenses, income, and revenue streams.
• Oversee and manage Numeral, our eCommerce sales tax management software, ensuring sales tax compliance across all brands and sales platforms.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to update and manage COGS and shipping costs on a monthly basis.
• Audit all 3PL and manufacturing vendor invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Handle all tax preparation, filing, and develop tax strategies for our agency and e-commerce brands to maximize savings and compliance (CPA required).
• Participate in bi-weekly Production Planning calls with the CEO and Brand Marketing Strategists, providing financial insights that support decision-making and operational planning.
  

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting doing AP, AR, Cashflow Management, Month-end and year-end closing reports, bookkeeping
• Experience using QuickBooks Online
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with proven experience in managing accounting and finance operations.
• Extensive experience in managing accounts payable, including vendor communication, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, COGS, and shipping cost analysis.
• Experience with eCommerce sales tax management and software (experience with Numeral is a plus).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as the Operations Manager and Brand Marketing Strategists, to drive business performance.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketing, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with managing financial operations in a combined services and product-based business.
• Prior experience in working with 3PL partners and understanding of fulfillment processes.
