We are looking for a Senior Azure Endpoint Engineer (Intune & Jamf Expertise) to manage and secure Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Jamf. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and automating endpoint management, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Python/Bash), and experience with Zero-Touch deployment methodologies.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage and support Windows and macOS devices using Intune, Autopilot, and Jamf.
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot device policies, compliance settings, security baselines, and applications.
  • Implement and enhance Zero-Touch deployment using Autopilot (Windows) and Jamf Pro (macOS).
  • Provide expert troubleshooting for endpoint-related OS, application, and security issues.
  • Automate tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash (scripting experience preferred).
  • Strengthen security by ensuring compliance with Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and MDM/MAM policies.
  • Work with internal teams and customers to improve endpoint security, performance, and user experience.
  • Document processes, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to best practices.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing endpoints with Intune, Autopilot, and Jamf.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS devices.
  • Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, and MDM/MAM policies.
  • Familiarity with software deployments, patch management, and compliance policies.
  • Understanding of networking concepts (VPNs, Wi-Fi authentication, DNS, certificates, etc.).
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation (preferred).
  • Experience working in an MSP or enterprise IT environment.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
  • Experience with third-party patching solutions.
  • Certifications such as MD-102, Jamf 200/300, or equivalent (a plus).
