What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Service Design & Development:

  • Architect and implement scalable micro-services and APIs for key onboarding features such as KYC/AML integration, credit decisioning, product fulfillment, and user credentialing.

• Systems Integration:

  • Build and maintain secure integrations with third-party services (e.g., IDV providers, fraud engines) and internal platforms (e.g., SAP AO, CRM systems).

• Collaboration & Agile Delivery:

  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, support feature estimation and scoping.

  • Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders in an agile squad model.

• Testing & CI/CD:

  • Write robust unit and integration tests.

  • Contribute to continuous integration pipelines (e.g., GitLab).

  • Support automated deployment and quality assurance initiatives.

• Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Troubleshoot and optimize back-end performance.

  • Participate in production issue resolution and suggest long-term improvements to ensure system health and reliability.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development.

• At least 3 years using Java, React, and Node.js in cloud environments (preferably GCP AppEngine).

• Strong written and communication skills for effective collaboration.

•  Strong command of API development, service orchestration, and secure data handling. Familiar with RESTful API design, OAuth, JWT, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficiency with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and observability tools.

• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Objectify, Guava, Lombok, and pytest.
