What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the legal team.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents.
  • Monitor compliance with corporate governance requirements.
  • Ensure timely payment of property taxes and manage related documentation.
  • Support the legal team in real estate transactions, including drafting contracts and related documents.
  • Assist with sales tax, operational tax, and business tax matters.
  • Maintain and organize legal files and records.
  • Assist in meeting deadlines for various legal and regulatory filings.
  • Edit and format legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the overall function of the legal department.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, preferably within the Real Estate and Corporate sectors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Paralegal certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance and real estate transactions.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and databases is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and manage changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct in all aspects of work.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
