What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Endpoint and AVD Management:

• Configure and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM/MAM strategies, and AVD environments.
• Ensure seamless deployment, updates, and compliance.

Patching and Compliance:

• Oversee OS and third-party patch cycles.
• Implement patching management and maintain compliance across diverse environments, including AVD sessions.

Azure Integration:

• Collaborate with Azure architects to optimize endpoint and AVD solutions.
• Integrate endpoint management with Azure Active Directory.

Security and Threat Management:

• Utilize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to monitor, detect, and respond to threats.
• Apply best practices to enhance endpoint and AVD session security.

Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM):

• Design and implement RMM strategies to improve visibility, management, and automation of endpoint and AVD processes.

Automation and Scripting:

• Develop scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to automate tasks and streamline endpoint and AVD management.
• Enhance system reliability through automation.

Policy Development:

• Create and maintain security policies for MDM, MAM, and AVD.
• Align policies with compliance and security requirements.

User Support and Training:

• Act as a senior resource for resolving endpoint and AVD issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with support teams for smooth operations.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed documentation on processes and configurations.
• Regularly report on endpoint health, AVD performance, and compliance.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 5+ years of experience in endpoint management with expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Defender for Endpoint, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Autopilot.
• Proven track record in managing MDM/MAM solutions within enterprise environments.
• Advanced knowledge of patching strategies, including third-party patching and OS updates.
• Proficiency in Azure, particularly for endpoint and AVD integration and management.
• Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools and best practices for remote endpoint management.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell or equivalent).
• Familiarity with implementing and managing conditional access policies.
• Willing to work during US hours to support global clients.
• Microsoft certifications in related fields (e.g., MD-102) are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, as this is a client-focused role.
