We are seeking for a Senior Inside Sales Representative with a proven ability to close deals in the U.S. market. In this role, you will build strong relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively present our innovative hardware and software solutions tailored to the jewelry industry.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Rapid Familiarization: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively engage with jewelers. Be confident in joining client calls within the first 30 days through live training in real-time settings.

  • Conduct product demos on camera to jewelers across USA.
  • Conduct outbound calls from time to time to existing clients and schedule demo appointments to warm leads when needed. This excludes downtime and focuses on active outreach.
  • Understand the nuances of the U.S. market and secure at least one successful deal within the first two months.
  • Demonstrate expertise in our software and hardware solutions. Stay adaptable and curious about new technologies relevant to the industry.
  • Exhibit strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product benefits and close deals, maintaining a neutral accent.
  • Tailor phone scripts and memorize sales pitches within the first 10 days to ensure persuasive and consistent presentations on sales calls.
  • Independently book a minimum of 20 meetings in the first month and secure at least 2 closed deals from those meetings.
  • Identify and reach out to new prospects with confidence, effectively booking demos without hesitation.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in inside sales of jewel industry or similar.
  • Must have nicely done nails – you will be demoing the machine.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, particularly in the B2B sector and working with SMEs.
  • Strong understanding of software and hardware technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly competitive and result-driven mindset.
  • Prior experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.
  • A mindset to do the impossible.
