We are seeking for a Senior Odoo Developer with a strong background in AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of Odoo modules, as well as the integration of AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes. Reporting directly to the IT Director, you will collaborate with multiple teams to implement solutions that align with the company’s goals and technological advancements.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
Integrate AI solutions with Odoo for process automation, predictive analytics, and enhanced decision-making.
Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to deploy and maintain Odoo systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues and bugs.
Document technical designs, processes, and code changes.
Provide ongoing support for system enhancements, including AI-driven features.
Participate in system analysis and design activities, leveraging AI insights.
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and ERP systems.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Odoo development and implementation.
Proven experience with AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, or predictive analytics.
Strong understanding of Python and Odoo framework.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and other Odoo-related technologies.
Solid experience in full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
Must be onsite and available for full-time work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
