We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise multi-platform paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools. You will be responsible for executing search, display, and video campaigns, analysing campaign trends, and improving results through continuous experimentation. This role requires strong ownership of performance metrics, KPI tracking, and ROI optimisation, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business impact. You will also track user behaviour, conversion outcomes, and refine strategies using data insights and optimisation techniques.  


What is your mission?

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
  • Execute search, display, and video ad campaigns to drive performance results
  • Analyse campaign data using platform analytics tools and Google Analytics
  • Optimise campaigns through budget adjustments, bidding strategy updates, and performance improvements
  • Track user behaviour, conversions, and ad performance outcomes
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators, ROI, and cost efficiency
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven optimisation strategies
  • Perform A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance
  • Take ownership of campaign reporting, performance tracking, and measurable results


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • 4–8+ years of experience in paid acquisition, performance marketing, growth marketing, or media buying
  • Experience in managing high-budget campaigns ranging from $500K to $10M+ annual ad spend
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with mandatory experience in search campaigns and preferred experience in display advertising
  • Solid knowledge of campaign performance tracking, KPI analysis, and optimisation decision-making
  • Proficiency in Google Ads dashboards, Meta Ads analytics tools, and familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Experience with multi-platform advertising such as LinkedIn or TikTok, display advertising, and basic to moderate SEO concepts is an advantage
  • Exposure to programmatic advertising is a plus
  • Required certifications include Google Ads Search Certification and Meta Media Buying Professional Certification
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and metrics
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Results-driven with strong ownership of campaign performance and business outcomes
