What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Both an educational experience and a demanding full-time role requiring a high level of multitasking.
  • Act as the escalation point for technical support issues.
  • Opportunity to learn new skills covering all aspects of network support, including:
    • Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Exchange, Windows Server, System Center, Citrix, Windows deployments, and other administration areas.
  • Recommend industry best practice solutions to clients on-site and proactively identify and address business needs.
  • Ensure consistent delivery and maintenance of exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Host and participate in daily team meetings to review, reprioritize, and reassign service requests.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager for effective project handoffs to the support team.
  • Participate in weekly service and project meetings.
  • Ensure the team responds to emergencies promptly and efficiently.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 3 to 4 years experience as Senior Support and Project Engineer.
  • Advanced knowledge in Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server troubleshooting, EDR/MDR, Office applications, network routing, and antivirus solutions.
  • Proficient in Windows, Windows Server, Azure, AWS, AVD, Defender, Terminal Server, Exchange, Office 365, Citrix, firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWall), routers, desktop imaging, networking, Internet Explorer, Outlook, remote access, remote desktop, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Group Policy.
  • Knowledgeable in Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Knowledge of additional third-party applications and network infrastructure is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing service requests, escalations, and other duties daily.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand business concepts and operations.
  • Works independently, punctual, professional, and asks insightful questions.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Driven to enhance skills independently; eager for training opportunities across Microsoft server products, desktop deployments, application packaging, and more.
