In this critical role, you will source top talent and support professional services engagements for our high-growth clients. What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Source and identify top technical talent for various roles, including software engineering, product management, and UX design.
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter for market research, candidate mapping, and outreach through LinkedIn InMails.
Coordinate with internal Clients' recruiters to schedule phone interviews with candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, and innovative channels.
Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and create tailored sourcing strategies.
Engage and build relationships with passive candidates, effectively communicating Clients' unique value proposition.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively target and attract the right talent.
Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously refine sourcing strategies and improve effectiveness.

Who are we looking for?

Minimum of 3+ years of technical sourcing experience, with a strong focus on technology roles such as software engineering, product, and UX.
Proven experience sourcing for US Market.
Experience with different sourcing platforms specially LinkedIn.
Excellent Communication skills
Demonstrated ability to proactively source, screen, and engage candidates using a variety of channels.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with high-level technology professionals.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to discuss technical roles and requirements with candidates.
Passion for helping clients and a solution-oriented mindset when tackling challenges.
