We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a cross-functional team delivering a next-generation digital onboarding platform. This role focuses on crafting elegant, accessible, and brand-aligned interfaces that guide users through seamless application flows—from product selection to identity verification and account activation.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  •  Visual Interface Design

    • Create polished, high-fidelity UI mockups in Figma.

    • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and design system components.

  • Wireframing & Interaction Design

    • Develop annotated wireframes and implementation-ready design assets.

    • Define user flows, interaction states, responsiveness, and edge case behavior.

  • Design-to-Development Handoff

    • Collaborate closely with front-end engineers to ensure accurate implementation.

    • Participate in design reviews and provide support for development-related queries.

  • Design System Alignment

    • Leverage and extend design system components for reusability and consistency across devices.

  • Visual QA & Accessibility Review

    • Conduct UI quality assurance during sprints.

    • Identify and resolve inconsistencies, accessibility issues, and missed specs.

  • Agile Team Collaboration

    • Participate in agile ceremonies and design estimations.

    • Iterate designs based on team feedback and implementation constraints.


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on user interface design for complex digital products.

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including experience with components, variants, auto layout, and design system libraries. Comfortable with responsive and mobile-first design.

  • Skilled in creating annotated designs and detailed UI specifications to effectively communicate design intent to engineering teams.

  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience designing for compliance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
