What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop, curate, and schedule compelling content for social media channels, including text, graphics, and videos.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all platforms.

Engagement and Community Management:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster relationships with the online community and encourage user engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and audience insights.

Strategy and Planning:

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Research trends, tools, and best practices to improve social media presence.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with broader campaigns.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for high-quality content.


Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Social Media Associate or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (Trello).
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about social media trends.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
