We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to play a critical role in driving the financial success and operational excellence of our business units. As the primary finance partner, you’ll oversee end-to-end financial processes, including P&L management, operating expenses, and capital expenditures. Working closely with key stakeholders, you’ll provide key financial insights, action plans, and strategies to meet and exceed business goals. In addition to preparing and presenting accurate financial reports, this role will involve direct collaboration with stakeholders to improve financial performance through data-driven decision-making.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess and drive financial performance for the business unit.
  • Facilitate and lead financial review meetings, translating insights into actionable plans to meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Manage and improve planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for continuous optimization.
  • Generate data-driven insights and recommendations using Oracle EPM, Tableau, and Excel, focusing on clear, actionable financial analyses.
  • Guide and mentor team members in best practices for monthly reporting, forecasting, and financial processes.
  • Oversee variance analysis and support stakeholders in understanding and managing financial impacts.
  • Negotiate and review vendor, client, and service contracts as required.
  • Provide thought leadership and serve as the go-to for financial insights within the scope of your role.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related business field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, including senior-level financial analysis and business partnering.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and international finance, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
  • Experience in Property Management, Real Estate, or a similar industry is a plus.
