What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts every month.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Assist with annual audits and tax filings.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial reporting and analysis needs.
• Participate in financial projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a healthcare or staffing agency environment.
• Proficiency in Netsuite, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry financial practices and regulations is a plus.
