We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to handle end-to-end general accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, general ledger posting, bank reconciliation, and sales tax processing. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, supports month-end and year-end close, and helps maintain compliance with US accounting standards while improving financial processes and maintaining organized accounting records.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Maintain and update accounting records and financial files to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including cash receipts, disbursements, collections, and customer follow-ups
  • Process sales taxes, including preparation of tax payments and returns
  • Post and categorize financial transactions in the general ledger (assets, liabilities, expenses)
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Execute month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Apply updated accounting policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to improve financial processes and reporting workflow
  • Perform administrative accounting tasks, including handling invoices and email communications
  • Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in AccountingMaster of Science in Accounting is an advantage
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Experience supporting US-based clients and US accounting processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and Lookups, Word) and Google Workspace (Google Suite)
  • Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning systems, including Sage Intacct, SPS ERP, Naviga Advertising tool, or similar accounting information systems
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial transactions, and reconciliation processes
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
