We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Strategic Growth Specialist to lead the charge on Coupa, DSSI, and Shopify accounts. This multifaceted role focuses on upselling, recapturing lost opportunities, acquiring new customers, and overall strategic account management. As a key player in our sales process, you will engage in hands-on tasks, including discovery calls, and devise strategies to drive revenue growth.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the organization. 

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships. 

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential areas for business growth.

  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within strategic accounts to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of strategic accounts.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Implement strategies to retain existing customers, including regular follow-ups, personalized communication, and customer appreciation initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts through additional product or service offerings, upgrades, or expanded usage.

  • Continuously generate and qualify new leads through various channels, including online research, industry events, and referrals.

  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to sales management.

  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions to stay informed and aligned with organizational goals.

  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure a smooth and successful sales process.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to address any concerns or challenges.

  • Audit and clean Salesforce for order frequency and estimated order size.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or related fields, specifically selling into enterprise-level accounts (US/AUS/UK clients). 

  • At least 1 year of experience using Salesforce software.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, or a directly related field.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Coupa, DSSI, and Shopify platforms.

  • Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and creatively develop processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

  • Initiative and resourcefulness, with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

  • Proficiency in prioritizing, managing time and projects, and multitasking in a fast-paced, growing company environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal).

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of management and staff in a diverse, global environment.

  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

  • Resides within proximity to Metro Manila (e.g., Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan, Rizal).
