You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and ensuring inventory levels align with business needs. What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Demand Forecasting:

  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to create accurate short-term and long-term demand forecasts.
  • Develop statistical models using sales actuals alongside sales and marketing insights to identify future demand patterns.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather insights and adjust demand forecasts as necessary.
  • Participate in sales and operations planning (S&OP) meetings to align demand forecasts with business strategies and goals.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with forecasted demand to optimize stock levels.
  • Work with the supply chain team to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolescence.

Data Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports on demand trends (Ops forecast vs Budget/Trend), forecast accuracy (Lag 3), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify demand fluctuations and trends, recommending corrective actions or adjustments to plans.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in demand planning and forecasting methods and systems.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and tools for demand planning and forecasting.

Supply Chain Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the supply team to ensure the timely availability of products.
  • Assess the impact of supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans.

Supply Chain Reporting & Metrics:

  • Gather and analyze supply chain data, publishing key performance metrics with corrective actions.
  • Create and publish dashboards and performance reports to support decision-making.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting methodologies
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP
  • Strong communication skills
