What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

  • Answers phones and tickets
  • Changes passwords
  • Validates the work of Tier 1 and Tier 2
  • Mainly focuses on resolutions
  • Gives necessary suggestions to the supervisor
  • Uses the ff tools for the day-to-day tasks:  
    • Ubiquiti Unifi product line
    • Firewalls - PF Sense & Ubiquiti is what we use but others come up from time to time
    • Intune/autopilot
    • Windows defender

Who are we looking for?

    • 3+ years experience as a T3 Engineer
    • 3-5 years MSP Experience
    • Experienced using PowerShell and Office 365
    • Experienced using Azure
    • Experienced using Ninja (RMM) or Halo
    • Excellent communication skills
