We are looking for a highly motivated Training Specialist to join the Global Training team for Customer Success. In this role, you will enhance employee competencies by developing and delivering training programs aligned with our core values. Your responsibilities will include conducting training needs assessments, designing engaging curriculum and learning materials, and overseeing all training interventions. The primary objective is to boost workplace performance and drive professional growth within our organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
  • Translate requirements into training programs that support employees in their career paths.
  • Develop training materials in various mediums for facilitation and delivery.
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor quality results.
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct onboarding sessions.
  • Deliver training courses.
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees' work behavior.
  • Stay informed of new trends and tools in employee development.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or High School graduate.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Training Specialist in Shared Services.
  • Experience in training and development or related areas within learning management.
  • Knowledgeable in training material creation.
  • Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to master the full training cycle.
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management software.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI.
  • Proficient in presenting complex information to a variety of audiences.
