The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design, with the ability to produce clear, interactive, and visually appealing content. You will work closely with subject matter experts and internal teams to develop effective training solutions that align with company goals and enhance knowledge retention.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop and create training materials, including instructional guides, video tutorials, presentations, and e-learning modules.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand content.

  • Design interactive and engaging learning experiences to enhance knowledge retention.

  • Manage and maintain a training content library, ensuring materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Partner with internal teams (HR, Customer Support, Sales) to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.

  • Ensure all training materials align with company goals, brand guidelines, and instructional best practices.

  • Collect feedback from learners and stakeholders to continually improve content effectiveness.

  • Stay current with learning trends, instructional technologies, and best practices in training content development.


Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation for training, instructional design, or corporate education.

  • Strong writing, editing, and instructional storytelling skills.

  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Canva, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with video production and editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, etc.).

  • Knowledge of e-learning development and learning management systems (LMS).

  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

  • Ability to simplify complex information into engaging and effective learning materials.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and adapt to evolving training needs.
