​We are seeking a Treasury Manager who will be responsible for managing day-to-day cash and liquidity positions, overseeing the Cash Operations Team, and ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements. This role involves close collaboration with senior management to develop and execute the company’s treasury strategy, including cash flow forecasting, bank account management, and intercompany funds movement.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Cash & Liquidity Management:

    • Manage the day-to-day cash and liquidity position across global Treasury operations.
    • Review daily cash balances, projections, and coordinate cash transfers across various accounts to ensure funds availability for all scheduled disbursement activities.
    • Review the cash forecast summarizing cash inflows and outflows, including accounts payable, payroll, tax, and government remittances.

Cash Operations Oversight:

    • Oversee the Cash Operations Team, ensuring timely recording of all cash transactions.
    • Address periodic bank transactional issues and work with functional teams (e.g., A/P, A/R, Payroll) to address root causes and resolve them

Strategic Treasury Management:

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the company’s treasury strategy.
    • Coordinate intercompany funds movements consistent with corporate objectives, manage individual entity requirements, and identify means to maximize internal cash and minimize external borrowing requirements.
    • Periodically reassess and design an efficient cash management banking structure to meet business requirements, minimize bank fees, manage counterparty risk, and optimize relationships with global banking partners.

Banking & Compliance:

    • Coordinate the opening and closing of bank accounts, working with internal teams to set up accounts with the desired options.
    • Ensure and manage banking activity compliance with local statutory bank requirements.
    • Initiate transfers within bank systems as necessary to support Treasury Cash Management objectives.

Innovation & Risk Management:

    • Get updates on new trends/innovations, market/economic situations that may have an impact on the business.
    • Identify and recommend new products or facilities that may be of use to the business (e.g., credit card, Shopify).

RFP Preparation:

    • Prepare and analyze RFP questions and responses as required to support treasury operations and banking relationships.


Who are we looking for?

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or a related role.
    • Experience managing global treasury operations is highly desirable.
    • Proven experience in cash forecasting, liquidity management, and intercompany funds movements.
    • Strong knowledge of cash management principles, treasury systems, and banking operations.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess financial risks and opportunities.
    • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and treasury management systems.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
