Valuation Specialist

We are seeking for a valuation specialist who will be responsible for managing long- and short-term projects regarding property valuations across all 50 states. You’ll work closely with internal departments as well as external contractors with a focus on speed and accuracy, effective communication, and customer service.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Monitor our CRM for value requests
Effectively interpret inputs on a value requests, requesting clarification/additional information from requesting party when necessary by email
Place orders for evaluations, appraisals, and progress inspections
Request appraisal quotes by email
Monitor open valuation orders using our CRM and other software platforms
Request updates on delayed orders by email
Process completed valuations
Send ROV requests by email

Who are we looking for?

Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage industry, property inspections, or property valuations
Experience with Windows, Office 365, CRMs and cloud-based systems preferred, but general tech-savviness a must
Handled projects regarding property valuations
Possess great attention to detail with immaculate organizational skills
Excellent grammatical, oral communication, writing, spelling, and proofreading skills, with ability to express yourself clearly and effectively in writing as well as to interpret the written communication of others
Solutions-oriented and adaptable to change and feedback
Ability to work independently to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Possess outstanding people skills and customer service instincts
Reliable, punctual, and willing to help others when needed
