We are looking for a skilled Windows Systems Engineer to join our dynamic, remote team. In this role, you will manage and optimize Microsoft environments, including M365, O365, and Microsoft Windows systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of critical systems like Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, MECM, Azure, and SharePoint. What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • M365 and O365 Administration: Manage and maintain M365 and O365 environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Windows Server Management: Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure system reliability.
  • Active Directory Services: Oversee Active Directory, ensuring it remains secure and highly efficient for organizational needs.
  • Endpoint Management with Intune: Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, ensuring compliance across all devices.
  • Patch Management: Use MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) to deploy updates, manage patches, and ensure system integrity.
  • Azure Cloud Integration: Manage and optimize Azure cloud services, ensuring seamless integration with on-premise and cloud systems.
  • SharePoint Optimization: Provide support and optimization for SharePoint to enhance team collaboration and data sharing.
  • System Audits & Security: Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and achieve company goals.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience (8 years) in a senior client services role within an offshoring, outsourcing, or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships, driving client satisfaction, achieving revenue growth, and building accounts.
  • Strong understanding of offshoring operations, processes, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for business expansion.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance metrics, sales targets, and client-centric outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools.
