We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership. This role involves managing schedules, follow-ups, documentation, and action tracking to ensure seamless executive operations. What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Review meeting transcripts and identify action items, ensuring timely follow-through
  • Maintain and organize accurate records and documentation for easy reference
  • Implement systematic follow-up processes to track deadlines and deliverables
  • Communicate with team members to ensure accountability and clarity on assigned tasks
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and email correspondence
  • Format documents, create checklists, and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required
  • Provide HR-related and project coordination support as needed


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Confluent and JIRA for documentation and task management
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes; familiarity with 401k administration is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of data analytics, budgeting, and project management
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ethical, trustworthy, and maintains strict confidentiality
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multitask effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
