Finance Systems Data Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Systems Data Analyst who will maintain data accuracy across financial systems, build automated validation checks, manage reconciliations, support revenue and gross margin reporting, develop scalable Excel models, and streamline financial processes through automation and system alignment. The role ensures 100% accuracy, reliable reporting, and improved operational efficiency.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Builds and maintains automated validation checks to ensure cross‑system alignment and data integrity.
  • Identifies root causes of discrepancies and develops permanent corrective solutions.
  • Designs audit‑ready reconciliation processes with complete supporting documentation.
  • Ensures all financial data is accurate, validated, and ready before reporting.
  • Maintains revenue, billing, and gross margin reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Supports financial analysis, including performance trends and variance investigation.
  • Partners with leadership to deliver timely financial insights and operational visibility.
  • Develops scalable Excel models using Power Query, structured logic, and transformation rules.
  • Creates reusable templates for system imports, reporting, and workflow standardization.
  • Automates manual processes to improve efficiency, speed, and reliability.
  • Performs reconciliations across QuickBooksSalesforce, and internal systems.
  • Maintains supporting files and ensures system alignment to minimize manual intervention.


Who are we looking for?

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in AccountancyFinanceBusiness AdministrationEconomics, or any finance‑aligned program.
  • 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a data‑focused role.
  • Expert-level Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, large datasets, and validation logic.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts such as revenue, cost, and margin.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to 100% data accuracy.
  • Experience in staffing, MSP, or services environment preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools preferred.
  • Experience with system integrations or automation tools is a plus.
