Financial Systems Architect

we are looking for a Financial Systems Architect to support the full migration from legacy systems to Workday. You will assist with system configuration, data mapping, validation, workflow optimization, cross-functional coordination, documentation, post-implementation testing, and ongoing Workday support. This role ensures accurate financial and HR data transition, strong controls alignment, and smooth integration across Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Lead and support the end‑to‑end migration from Sage Intacct to Workday
  • Assist in configuring and deploying Workday Financials, HR, and Payroll modules
  • Conduct data mapping, cleansing, validation, and translation of all financial and HR data
  • Participate in system testing, QA cycles, and post‑implementation validation
  • Coordinate with implementation partners and internal teams to define and document requirements
  • Evaluate workflows and recommend process optimizations within the Workday environment
  • Document system architecture, data mappings, integrations, and workflows
  • Ensure alignment with compliance, internal controls, and Finance/HR operational requirements
  • Collaborate across Finance, HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholder groups to support integration and continuity
  • Communicate updates, risks, issues, and progress clearly and consistently
  • Provide Workday post‑launch support, troubleshooting, and improvement recommendations
  • Support financial systems enhancements and longer-term digital transformation initiatives


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, HRIS, or related field
  • Experience assisting or leading Workday implementation or Workday migration projects
  • Strong background in financial systems, accounting processes, or finance operations
  • Hands-on experience with data migration including mapping, transformation, and validation
  • Ability to document, translate, and communicate system requirements for configuration and workflows
  • Understanding of dependencies across Financials, HR, and Payroll systems
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
  • Ability to manage deliverables independently and resolve issues proactively
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder coordination ability
