FP&A Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and financial modeling skills, can translate complex data into actionable insights, and is experienced in presenting to senior leadership. Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (preferably NetSuite), and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly valued. 


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
  • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
  • Mentor and oversee part-time FP&A staff
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Support ad hoc analyses and special projects


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Proven experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros/VBA a plus)
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills for executive reporting
  • Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Exposure to acquisition analysis, capital markets, or deal structuring is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
