We are looking for a Growth Solutions Partner to drive enterprise and mid‑market revenue growth through strategic sales execution in the outsourcing and offshoring space. This role owns new‑business revenue targets, leads complex multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, builds high‑value pipelines, and delivers executive‑level proposals and negotiations, positioning outsourcing solutions as high‑impact, ROI‑driven partnerships.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Own and exceed annual new‑business revenue quotas
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise and mid‑market clients
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust, data‑driven sales pipeline
  • Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, including C‑suite engagements
  • Proactively identify, engage, and nurture net‑new prospects exploring outsourcing and offshoring solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospect business models, operational challenges, and strategic goals
  • Build multi‑threaded relationships across Operations, HR, Finance, and Executive Leadership
  • Conduct high‑value discovery sessions to uncover pain points and quantify business impact
  • Create tailored proposals that address client needs, highlight value, and differentiate offerings
  • Lead executive‑level pitches, clearly communicating ROI, efficiency gains, and operational improvements
  • Drive pricing and contract negotiations in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, networking, partnerships, events, and referrals
  • Act as a brand ambassador at conferences, trade shows, and executive forums
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and sales collateral
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic prospects and newly acquired accounts
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing for seamless client onboarding
  • Identify account expansion opportunities and influence long‑term growth strategies
  • Maintain strong understanding of outsourcing, offshoring, and industry trends
  • Provide market and competitive insights to influence go‑to‑market, pricing, and service strategy


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 10+ years of experience in a senior sales or business development role
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas
  • Extensive experience selling outsourcing and offshoring solutions, preferably within BPO, shared services, or global talent models
  • Demonstrated success selling high‑value, complex B2B solutions with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong ability to lead enterprise‑level sales cycles from discovery through close
  • Advanced skills in pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and closing
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including ROI modeling and pricing strategy
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience operating independently while maintaining accountability and alignment
  • Background in high‑growth or enterprise services environments is an advantage
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence and communicate persuasively with C‑level stakeholders
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strategic, relationship‑driven, and results‑oriented mindset
