We are looking for a HubSpot Administrator to own HubSpot CRM administration, sales process documentation, deal flow coordination, and performance reporting. You will maintain pipelines, properties, workflows, templates, and sequences; ensure data governance and CRM accuracy; support Account Executives with backend updates, pricing docs, and closing steps; and deliver dashboards, forecasts, and insights to improve conversion and pipeline velocity across cross-functional teams.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage HubSpot CRM administration: pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, custom views, user setup, and data structure to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Build and maintain automation using HubSpot sequences, templates, workflows, and engagement campaigns to improve follow‑ups and sales efficiency
  • Own CRM data governance: regular cleanup, deduplication, validation, and compliance-ready data hygiene for reliable reporting
  • Create, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports (lead conversion, pipeline velocity, deal health, revenue forecasting, win/loss trends)
  • Design, document, and continuously improve sales processes, SOPs, workflow documentation, and knowledge base articles for scalability
  • Create process maps and standard operating guides to streamline deal flow management and internal handoffs
  • Support sales enablement documentation such as rate sheets, pricing files, proposal templates, and sales collateral maintenance
  • Manage deal flow coordination: ensure deals move through stages efficiently and all required fields, milestones, and client requirements are captured in HubSpot
  • Coordinate kick‑off calls and internal meetings for new deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and smooth transitions
  • Support Account Executives by updating pricing, customer details, closing tasks, access setup steps, and backend CRM activities
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align reporting, process requirements, and revenue pipeline tracking
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve deal velocity, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy in growing/scaling environments


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • 2–4 years experience in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or Sales Enablement supporting B2B sales teams
  • Hands‑on experience as a HubSpot Administrator (automation, pipelines, properties, workflows, dashboards, and reporting)
  • Proven experience owning CRM processes, workflows, documentation, and governance without people management
  • Strong background supporting Account Executives and coordinating across cross‑functional stakeholders in scaling organizations
  • Strong skills in sales pipeline management, deal administration, and sales process design/documentation (SOPs, process maps, KB articles)
  • Advanced capability in sales reporting and forecasting, dashboard creation, and metrics analysis (conversion, velocity, revenue pipeline)
  • High proficiency with HubSpot CRM, plus strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • HubSpot Academy certifications (CRM, Sales Hub, Operations Hub) are an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with strong stakeholder management
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, process‑driven, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment
