Logistics Analyst I Outbound B2B - Project Based

​ We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Analyst I to support end-to-end logistics operations, transportation management, warehousing coordination, inventory movement, import/export documentation, and third-party logistics partnerships. The role is responsible for managing daily transactions with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers, overseeing transportation and reverse logistics activities, preparing commercial invoices and customs documentation, processing shipments through Transportation Management Systems (TMS), performing inventory transfers, validating chargebacks, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and advanced Microsoft Excel reporting and analysis to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, accuracy, and high-quality logistics performance across the supply chain.


What is your mission?

  • Develop a strong understanding of global logistics, supply chain operations, product movement, and logistics systems.
  • Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and operational stakeholders to support service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate, manage, and execute daily logistics transactions between internal teams and external logistics partners.
  • Drive and support process improvement initiatives that enhance logistics performance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Oversee value-added services, rework quotations, planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Prepare commercial invoices, shipping documentation, and import/export customs requirements.
  • Process shipments through Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and monitor shipment status.
  • Perform inventory transfers, tracking activities, and logistics-related data maintenance.
  • Review and implement customer compliance requirements, shipping instructions, and routing guidelines.
  • Oversee inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics transportation activities across warehouse locations.
  • Assist and coordinate outbound logistics concerns and transportation-related issues.
  • Consolidate, analyze, and maintain logistics data, operational reports, and performance metrics.
  • Extract, track, and manage logistics information using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Manage, validate, and dispute logistics chargebacks when necessary.
  • Support stakeholder reporting requirements and business operational needs.
  • Perform other logistics, supply chain, and operational projects as assigned.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, import/export operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).
  • Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and related logistics platforms.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot TablesVLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and import/export processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret logistics data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve operational and logistics-related issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively through email, phone, and virtual channels.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with changing business requirements and deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, professionalism, and punctuality.
  • Ability to start within a short notice period is preferred.
