We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Content Specialist to take ownership of recurring marketing production workflows across social media content, email marketing, website updates, ecommerce content management, reporting, digital asset organization, and marketing operations support. This role is responsible for developing social content calendars, creating and scheduling content across multiple platforms, building and quality-checking email campaigns, maintaining website and product content, optimizing digital content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), preparing marketing performance reports, organizing marketing assets, supporting workflow documentation, and ensuring consistent execution of marketing initiatives. The position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient marketing operations by managing repeatable processes, supporting content production, monitoring engagement, and leveraging platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve workflow efficiency and content quality.


What is your mission?

  • Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars for approval and publication.
  • Write and adapt content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other approved digital platforms.
  • Resize, edit, and format graphics using Canva and approved brand templates.
  • Schedule approved social media content and repurpose website, email, blog, product, lookbook, and event-related content.
  • Monitor social media comments, mentions, tags, direct messages, and audience engagement during assigned hours.
  • Draft responses and route customer engagement to appropriate stakeholders when required.
  • Escalate sensitive issues, complaints, pricing inquiries, availability concerns, order-related matters, and high-priority interactions.
  • Build, format, and prepare email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on email links, images, formatting, subject lines, preview text, and mobile and desktop displays.
  • Schedule approved email campaigns and track campaign performance metrics.
  • Support customer data maintenance, list cleanup, segmentation activities, and review-request workflows within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
  • Update WordPress and WooCommerce website pages, product listings, and routine website content.
  • Create, edit, and optimize product descriptions, website copy, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) titles, meta descriptions, alternative text, and image file names.
  • Support product categorization, collections management, internal linking, blog formatting, and website quality assurance activities.
  • Track website and content updates and identify technical issues requiring escalation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports using website, social media, email marketing, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data.
  • Analyze website traffic, search trends, keyword activity, email performance, and social media engagement metrics.
  • Maintain task trackers, workflow checklists, project updates, and open-item logs.
  • Organize digital assets including product photographs, event photographs, marketing collateral, and campaign files.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and workflow documentation.
  • Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to assist with content drafts, summaries, captions, metadata creation, and workflow support while ensuring human review and quality control.
  • Provide regular status updates, communicate project progress, identify blockers, and highlight items requiring approval.
  • Support recurring website, email, social media, reporting, and marketing operations activities to improve overall marketing efficiency.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 18 months of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Content Production, Ecommerce Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting United States-based teams or clients is preferred.
  • Experience developing social media content calendars, writing captions, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement across digital platforms.
  • Experience building, formatting, scheduling, and quality-checking email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing website and product content using WordPress, WooCommerce, or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices, including metadata, alternative text, internal linking, image optimization, and content hygiene.
  • Experience using Canva or similar template-based design tools.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, performance reporting, task tracking, and workflow management.
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support content creation, workflow efficiency, and marketing operations.
  • Ability to provide relevant work samples demonstrating content writing, website content management, email marketing, or social media execution.
  • Strong written English communication skills with the ability to maintain brand voice and brand standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance before submission.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of recurring marketing workflows.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to ask clear questions, follow established processes, and adhere to approval guidelines.
  • Ability to manage public-facing content professionally and accurately.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment while meeting deadlines consistently.
