What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

1. Pre-Training Activities Support

• Conduct training needs identification and analysis (TNIA) to identified client
• Prepare TNIA report encapsulating the proposed training and non-training intervention
• Conduct research on the latest concepts and trends on data analytics, Microsoft excel, Power Bi
• Design required data analytics, Microsoft excel, Power Bi training deck
• Create required data analytics, Microsoft excel, Power Bi training handouts and/or workbook, assessment tools, and other documents relevant to training
• Create training marketing campaign materials
• Prepare training calendar and invitation, and other logistical requirements
• Partner with possible external and internal resource person to facilitate the training
• Support the department Director and/or Training Manager in the preparation of the quarterly training calendar

2. Training Implementation and Support

• Ensure the effective and efficient facilitation of the assigned leadership, communication, data analytics, Microsoft excel, and Power Bi training
• Monitor participants attendance and compliance with the training rules
• Support internal and external resource person during the implementation of the topic
• Provide support during other GLOC training, if needed

3. Post Training and Training Evaluation Support

• Evaluate the effectivity of the training activity facilitated
• Conduct follow-through sessions
• Prepare post-training report
• Complete post training logistics and activities
• Facilitate post training reinforcement activities, if needed

Who are we looking for?

• Preferably a graduate of any 4-year course

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a trainer in a BPO environment

• 2 years of leadership experience, preferably within a BPO setting

• At least 1 year experience delivering B2B training

• Strong expertise in Sales Training and professional presentation skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including dashboard creation)

• Preferably experienced in facilitating Power BI training

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proficient with MS Office, Photoshop, Canva, and other creative tools

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities

• Sharp problem-solving and project management skills

• High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
