We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns that drive measurable performance. You’ll develop keyword strategies, manage campaign structures, and oversee daily operations in Google Ads and Search Ads 360. This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of SEM best practices to ensure budget efficiency, conversion growth, and alignment with client goals in a fast-paced digital environment. 


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop keyword strategies and campaign structures to meet client goals
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Search Ads 360 campaigns
  • Track and adjust budget pacing to maximize ROI and performance
  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses and optimizations
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency
  • Generate detailed monthly and quarterly campaign reports
  • Stay current on platform updates, features, and digital marketing trends
  • Collaborate with account managers on SEM strategy and budget planning


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Search Ads and Search Ads 360
  • Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency environment
  • Strong understanding of SEM strategy, bid management, and campaign optimization
  • Proven ability to manage budget pacing and performance reporting
  • Proficient in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Excel
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
