We are looking for a Project Accountant who will oversee project bookkeeping, manage Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), plan and monitor tax activities, and administer trust‑related documentation including stamp duties and unit registers. You will review payments, manage project budgets, coordinate bank financing, ensure accurate intra‑project transactions, maintain controls, and produce clear financial records critical to overall project performance.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Handle project bookkeeping, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded, supported, and reconciled promptly.
  • Manage Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) accounting and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Lead tax planning and compliance activities, maintaining documentation to support audits and proper tax positions.
  • Record and monitor intra‑project and intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and alignment across financial statements.
  • Administer trust‑related requirements, including stamp dutiesunit registers, and investor‑related documentation with strong controls.
  • Monitor project budgets, assess proposed adjustments, and ensure adherence to approved spending.
  • Review and approve project payments for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies.
  • Coordinate bank financing processes, prepare financial reports and schedules, and support presentations across multiple banks with varying requirements.
  • Serve as a central point of accounting and finance, ensuring clarity, transparency, and accuracy across all project‑related financial activities.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 years of project accounting experience with exposure to construction or multi‑entity project environments.
  • Strong knowledge of taxtrust processesproject budgetingconstruction accountingbank financing requirements, and preparation of financial reports; ability to manage SPVs, maintain financial controls, and oversee intra‑project transactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and capability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
