We are looking for a Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Specialist to conduct daily audits, evaluate process adherence, perform root cause analysis, and deliver actionable insights to improve operations. You will build Excel and Power BI dashboards, partner with teams to resolve gaps, coach leaders on quality and compliance, facilitate audit reviews, and help develop enhanced quality frameworks and governance standards.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Conduct daily audits to ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and operational processes; document findings and provide actionable insights.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on identified issues and recommend sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel and Power BI to track compliance metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, partnering with cross‑functional teams to co-develop and improve operational processes and documentation.
  • Facilitate audit reviews, calibration sessions, and coach Managers and senior stakeholders on quality standards, compliance requirements, and improvements.
  • Support the continuous development of quality frameworks, audit methodologies, and governance standards.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, IT, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within a BPO environment or experience working in an Audit Firm.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards) and Power BI for reporting and RCA; experience in process documentationSOP creation, and quality or audit frameworks (ISO experience a plus).
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to coach and influence Manager-level and senior leaders; excellent communication and presentation skills.
