We are looking for a highly experienced Recruitment Account Manager to drive client partnerships, execute talent acquisition strategies, and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions. This role focuses on client relationship management, candidate sourcing, screening, and presentation, while ensuring high-quality hires, performance tracking, and account growth through strategic collaboration, data-driven insights, and recruitment best practices in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.


What is your mission?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, managing stakeholder relationships and providing recruitment guidance
  • Develop and execute customized recruitment strategies aligned with client hiring needs and industry standards
  • Conduct job requirement analysis, translating hiring needs into job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Perform candidate sourcing and screening using job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Facilitate candidate interviews, assessments, and presentations, ensuring strong alignment and fit
  • Manage candidate experience and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Identify and drive account growth opportunities, recommending additional recruitment solutions
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate quality, providing actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years recruitment experience and 3+ years in a recruitment account management or client-facing role
  • Proven experience in offshoring or outsourcing recruitment environments
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices
  • Experience with sales or business development is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and performance metrics to generate insights
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong client relationship management and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and teamwork
  • Amenable to night shift and working onsite in Pasig City
