Recruitment Account Manager

We are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager who builds client relationships, drives hiring strategies, and manages end-to-end recruitment for assigned accounts. This role focuses on client relationship management, talent acquisition strategy, candidate sourcing, account growth, and reporting. You will deliver high-quality talent solutions while ensuring strong client satisfaction and pipeline performance.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding hiring needs
  • Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices
  • Conduct detailed job requirement analysis and translate hiring needs into candidate profiles
  • Source and screen candidates using job boards, social platforms, and professional networks
  • Present qualified candidates and manage interview coordination and feedback processes
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Manage and maintain account pipelines, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality hires
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion through additional recruitment solutions
  • Track and report recruitment performance metrics, including time-to-fill and hiring quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery and client satisfaction
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness and client outcomes


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 3 years in a client-facing or account management capacity
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions in B2B or outsourced environments
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Exposure to offshoring or outsourcing recruitment environments, highly preferred
  • Experience in sales or business development, considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical capability with ability to track metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with emphasis on relationship building
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and drive results independently
  • Willingness to work onsite in a night shift schedule
