We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting, generate qualified leads, and book discovery meetings. The role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, CRM management using HubSpot, and executing multi-channel outreach via email and LinkedIn to identify high-value opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and schedule discovery meetings
  • Build, manage, and maintain lead lists using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Track outreach activities, sequences, and pipeline performance within the CRM system
  • Execute multi-channel outreach including email, LinkedIn, and other outbound platforms
  • Qualify prospects and identify high-value sales opportunities
  • Handle objections and effectively move prospects toward scheduled meetings
  • Analyse outreach results and continuously refine prospecting strategies and messaging
  • Collaborate on improving lead generation approaches and outbound campaigns


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies and list building techniques
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and familiarity with sales outreach tools
  • Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and cold outreach campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational, time management, and pipeline tracking skills
  • Ability to work independently after training in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and resourceful
  • Exposure to data privacy, compliance, or technology industries is an advantage
