Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a strategic Senior Business Analyst who will own enterprise KPI governance, design scalable Power BI dashboards, develop robust data models, write advanced DAX, and ensure high‑quality datasets across multiple systems. You will use SQL to validate data, drive reporting standards, modernize analytics infrastructure, and deliver clear insights that influence leadership decisions across the organization.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Design and develop scalable Power BI dashboards with full strategic ownership.
  • Build efficient data models and write optimized DAX for enterprise-level reporting.
  • Own organizational KPI definitions, metric governance, and enterprise dashboards.
  • Use SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, and multi-source data investigations.
  • Deliver insights clearly to senior stakeholders to support high-impact decision-making.
  • Validate and profile data across multiple enterprise systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Support BI documentation, reporting standards, and modernization initiatives.
  • Guide junior analysts or BI contributors when needed.
  • Lead and participate in analytics improvements, including SSRS modernization and cross-platform BI upgrades.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years total Business Intelligence or analytics experience (not including internships).
  • 3+ years hands-on Power BI dashboard development with full build ownership.
  • Strong SQL experience for independent querying and dataset validation.
  • Experience defining KPIs and metrics across multiple departments.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured, scalable reporting.
  • Experience producing executive-ready dashboards and presenting insights.
  • Strong Excel skills, ideally at an advanced level.
  • Experience working with enterprise data sources.
  • Proven autonomy in a highly hands-on BI role.
  • Exposure to SSRS modernizationCognos, and UKG / HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with Python automation (nice to have but can be supplemented internally).
  • Industry experience in health club / multi-location environments is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication, stakeholder collaboration, and analytical capability.
