What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
• Partner with departments to provide financial insights, support budgeting needs, and maintain rolling forecasts.
• Build and manage models for commissions, sales metrics, KPIs, departmental performance, and business results.
• Analyze ROI for major projects, new products, marketing initiatives, and capital investments.
• Conduct variance analysis vs. budget and forecast with actionable recommendations.
• Present monthly financial performance updates and KPI dashboards to leadership.
• Work with IT on ERP and planning system implementation, enhancement, and maintenance.
• Support month‑end close reviews, audit readiness, and internal control improvements.
• Partner with operations and manufacturing teams to evaluate production costs, inventory, and resource utilization.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, variance analysis, and KPI measurement.
• Experience in manufacturing finance, including cost analysis, inventory valuation, and production workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite and Power BI; exposure to Salesforce and AI tools is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise (pivot tables, lookups, filters).
• Knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting frameworks, and data analysis methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
• Strong communication, presentation, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• Preferred: CPA or CFA certification; experience in ERP or financial system implementation.
