Senior Paid Acquisition Specialist + SEO

We are looking for a Senior Paid Acquisition Specialist who owns full‑funnel paid acquisition and drives scalable growth across multiple brands. This role focuses on media buying, conversion tracking, funnel optimization, AI‑driven workflows, SEO support, and performance analytics. You will continuously improve lead quality, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize return on ad spend through data‑driven strategies and execution.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Own end‑to‑end paid acquisition strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling across multiple brands and customer segments
  • Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms
  • Design and optimize campaign structures, audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and conversion funnels
  • Continuously improve cost per acquisition, conversion rates, lead quality, cost per click, and return on ad spend
  • Analyze and optimize CTR, CPC, CPM, Quality Scores, CPA, CVR, ROAS, and funnel performance
  • Execute advanced A/B testing across creatives, messaging, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Scale high‑performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and performance benchmarks
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking systems, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, event tracking, and attribution models
  • Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and attribution issues to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks focused on acquisition efficiency
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion paths, and funnel drop‑offs to improve campaign performance
  • Execute SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization strategies to support organic and AI‑driven search visibility
  • Create direct‑response ad copy, messaging frameworks, and creative concepts to improve engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing goals, creative execution, and business objectives
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize campaign execution, content creation, research, and performance analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement of paid media strategies, workflows, and acquisition performance


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4–8+ years of professional experience in paid acquisition, performance marketing, media buying, or growth marketing roles
  • Expert‑level experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Strong hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Ads and programmatic advertising platforms
  • Proven experience managing high‑budget campaigns with measurable lead generation and return on investment results
  • Advanced expertise in paid acquisition funnels, bidding strategies, conversion optimization, and campaign scaling
  • Strong experience implementing conversion tracking, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and attribution modeling
  • Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics, including CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV, and acquisition economics
  • Hands‑on experience executing A/B testing and funnel optimization strategies
  • Experience building dashboards and performance reporting frameworks
  • Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, and organic growth strategies
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows
  • Relevant certifications, including Google Ads and Meta Certifications
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership in fast‑paced environments
