What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Design, develop, launch, and maintain full websites across three brands using WordPress, Webflow, or Wix
• Build pages, templates, and reusable components; manage CMS architecture, themes, plugins, and integrations
• Implement responsive, accessible, SEO-friendly layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, resolve tracking code issues, and maintain scalable builds
• Build, send, and manage Salesforce email campaigns including templates, segmentation, dynamic content, and basic automation flows
• Create landing pages, forms, UTM tracking, and campaign performance dashboards (opens, clicks, conversions)
• Maintain Salesforce data hygiene and ensure accurate targeting
• Lead UX/UI design for websites, landing pages, emails, and multi-brand digital experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI aligned with brand and conversion goals
• Design digital-first assets including website visuals, email templates, social media creatives, ads, pitch decks, infographics, brochures, and reports
• Own and maintain three distinct brand identities; build and manage design systems across digital channels
• Work independently, manage multiple websites and Salesforce environments, think through technical and UX implications, avoid rework, and uphold accuracy and consistency

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of combined experience in web development, UX/UI, and digital execution
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and ability to build full websites from scratch
• Strong experience with WordPress (required), Webflow or Wix (required), including templates, themes, plugins, and integrations
• Ability to reproduce or rebuild existing websites from scratch
• Experience implementing responsive, accessible, SEO-ready layouts
• Ability to debug issues involving performance, CSS, tracking codes, and integrations; basic Python scripting for troubleshooting is an advantage
• Confident daily user of Salesforce for email builds, landing pages, forms, segmentation, automations, and UTM link QA
• Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and advanced Canva for UI, assets, and design systems
• Ability to design modern, conversion-focused UI and create animated/interactive web elements
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, marketing tracking tools, SQL, HubSpot or other CRMs (advantage, not mandatory)
• Strong organization, ownership, detail orientation, and ability to work across multiple brands and environments
• Ability to ask the right questions early, move fast without creating technical debt, and work independently with high accountability
