We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to build workflows, configure ITSM modules, develop custom applications, manage integrations, troubleshoot platform issues, and support upgrades. You will collaborate with clients, deliver technical solutions, enhance UI/UX, optimize performance, automate processes, and maintain high-quality ServiceNow configurations across multiple environments.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and script includes.
  • Build and maintain custom applications and catalog items based on business requirements.
  • Create and manage integrations using REST APIsSOAP Web Services, and IntegrationHub.
  • Configure and optimize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Work directly with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and project planning with Professional Services teams.
  • Provide documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Support platform upgrades, patch management, and skipped update reviews.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes.
  • Identify automation opportunities and stay updated on ServiceNow releases and best practices.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience and platform support.
  • Strong experience designing and configuring ServiceNow architecture, applications, catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, UI policies, and script includes.
  • Proficiency in JavaScriptGlideScriptServiceNow APIs, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Experience supporting platform upgrades, patches, issue diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with IntegrationHub, custom applications, and multi-environment deployments.
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, HAM, SAM, ITOM, SecOps, or Service Portal is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and requirement gathering.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and document technical solutions clearly.
