What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Place purchase orders (POs) for new stock based on forecasts, inventory, and replenishment schedules

  • Maintain up-to-date stock status reports to support monthly purchasing and planning

  • Manage procurement activities from PO placement to delivery completion

  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve supply issues

  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking

  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for seamless operations

  • Track and coordinate shipments, deliveries, and ensure accuracy of arrivals

  • Maintain supply chain databases, PO records, inventory reports, and documentation

  • Manage supplier performance, addressing non-conformance, delivery issues, or quality concerns

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations


Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles

  • Proven experience placing purchase orders and managing stock replenishment

  • Experience maintaining inventory reports and purchasing schedules

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, procurement practices, and inventory management

  • Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers in China and Vietnam

  • Familiarity with US/UK import processes and regulations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data analysis, reporting)

  • Experience with ERP systems or procurement platforms is an advantage

  • CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) by APICS/ASCM is desirable
